Carte Blanche

by Iola   Nov 14, 2008

Handed a gift on a silver platter
Received Carte blanche
To do as I may
If I may

A broken heart cannot scatter
Even an avalanche
Will slide away
Far away

Freedom sprinkled on a plate
Tastes better than wine
No fork I need
No need

Go to bed as its getting too late
Do not ask as I am not fine
This is my creed
My creed

Bumped into a second chance
The face of love appears
Not the expert I am
I just am

Letting a horse into my ranch
Carte blanche and tears
Cannot or you can
I can
