Glass

Seven Blanc De Blanc of wine
I take a small sip from each
Who can stand the test of time?
When reality is out of reach

Seven choices in a lifetime alone
Each has a weight to bear
Why think mine is a heart of stone
If only words show that you care

Takes seven years to see the light
One week to fall in love again
I do not really know what is right
I am afraid of the hearts of men

Seven times you made me feel
Like the angel you believe I am
Other times you just reveal
How I killed the hope of a man

Seven nights I sat in there
A whole where no party exist
No one close to make me care
Until someone started to persist

Seven reasons why fate just do
What it seems to do each time
I can never see into the heart of you
And you may never see into mine

Seven glasses for seven guests
Are never poured empty or overflowing
I cannot be the hero in your quests
I cannot choose without even knowing...
