A night of making love (Synchronicity)

by Ingrid   Dec 6, 2008

You and me dancing on a cloud
Arms wrapped tightly around your neck
Hold me

Your strong big hands cupping my face
Lips whispering soft words of love
Touch me

Tense, sweaty bodies in a trance
Moving to the beat of music
Kiss me

Arms guiding me to wards the couch
We sit down and you hold me tight
Have me

Panting heavily our tongues meet
Softly pulling my hair, you moan
Take me

A trail of clothes, musk fills the air
Naked, skin on skin, making love
Do me

The phone rings and your duty calls
A quick kiss and be back soon, love
Deep sigh

My body aches from missing you,
even before the door has closed
Need you

Synchronicity:
Eight three-line stanzas, syllable pattern 8/8/2, unrhymed. Written with a twist to be revealed in the last two stanzas.
This format was brought to my attention by my talented friend Silvia.

A sumptuous celebration of sensual love and desire. You have captured that physical longing and ache that is part of the joy of deep desire.
