Little Christmas Tree

by Sylvia   Dec 14, 2008

A little cedar tree,
hidden among all the others.
Pick me, please sir,
I will stand proud and tall.

Take me home and decorate me.
I will be beautiful, you'll see.
Colorful ornaments on my branches,
a gleaming star on top.

A better tree, you'll never see.
Even though I am little,
my small heart is bigger than most.
Please, can I be your Christmas Tree?
