The Renaissance Heartbreaker

by Indian Comma Bean   Jan 7, 2009

She was a painter,
But not of words or artistry.
She played an instrument,
But there was no sound nor melody.

She sang to me in silence,
So I could hear the worlds tone.
She told me how she loved me,
But there was no truth nor emotion shown.

Powerful piece, filled with so much meaning. I love it from the beginning to the end. It paints such equally beautiful and heartbreaking picture.
Whole poem is truly unique and refreshing. It seems simple, but it hides so many deeper emotions.
    Overall, greatly written piece.

This was an interesting write not one I understand. Some poetry is like that to me, so don't be offended. I have one suggestion I am unsure if you did this purposely but I think you mean hear when you say So I can here the worlds tone.
