The first day of autumn
Mundane clouds
Grey coloured skies
Chilling a restless soul

Suddenly, a flutter of light
A perfect moment in time
Held in a picture frame
Linger forever in bliss

The day seemed to change
Captured by an essence
Bringing me back
A risk worth taking

Now I stand in this light
Falling for the warmth
I'll never forget the day
When she told me her name
