Flowered Dances

by ADEL   Mar 25, 2009

" I, upon the rosy skies

You, my sadness and the storms

Of what I thought as paradise

Have I met it in your eyes "

I gather you lilies and spring flowers

of what bees assume as honey

oozing you the nucleus of sweetness

unbought by jewels and precious money

for the flavor of lips shall blossom

inflamed to every volcanic and sunny

I weave you legends and eternal wonders

of what earth assumes as trees

planting you the mellowed winds

stuffed by autumn and lavish breeze

for the wine of love shall mature

jolted to rivers and rooty seas

I roll you statues of heavenly stones

of what hills assume as rocks

building you the palace of songs

unwritten in tales and novel books

for the house of tunes shall locate

chained to streams and roomy brooks

I break you clouds and curled mountains

of what valleys assume as heights

rising you the wail of dew

dribbled in dawns and summer's nights

for the breath of tears shall behold

beyond the puncture of rain's sights

I undress you the meal of moon

of what tide assumes as shores

wearing you the pearls of oysters

of ivory sills and ruby doors

for the garment of shells must remain

bare to space of starry roars

I play you robins and birds singable

of what musicians assume as symphony

rhyming you the sonnet of adoration

versed in joy and radiant melancholy

for the word of love is a blend

of flooding sorrow and drowning harmony
