Another Misplaced Quote {Must Read}

by Countess of Monte Cristo   Apr 6, 2009

We humans, with our massacres, genocides, wars, crimes, rapes, honor killings, sexism, racism, sectarianism and all the other "isms" have proven that we are not worthy of the power that we abused. The animal kingdom seems to have more mercy and tolerance to their own kind than we have towards our own. We have allowed religion to blind us when it was supposed to guide us right, we allowed money to tear us apart when it should have helped us survive and be happy, we have allowed jealousy, greed and internal sickness to destroy the brotherhood and sisterhood we were supposed to have displayed. To be honourable in today's world seems to be a burden rather than a duty, and to be kind and modest seems to be reason for contempt. Bravo, humankind, bravo. Perhaps, just perhaps, it is time to pave the way for the apes to rule planet earth and make life imitate art.

    Climatic, truely, a very powerful statement presented by a woman who lives in what i believe to be a male domnated society. please, correct me if Im wroung in that statement, but its what they trained us on, so has of right now, its all I know. Has true has the statment is, and how much i agree, i must admit i am more then a little awed that a woman in your country can staned up like that and make such a bold statement. Its honnerble, and i comend you greatly. Sorry about that,

    Now for the quote itself, wonderously worded and a very harsh truth we has humans cannot bring ourselves to admit. We are powerful, true, but we have not EARNED this power, we simply took. Very nice, and dually notted in my brain has one of few absolute truths in the world
