Pimple On My Ass

Pimple on my ass.
Aggravating to no end.
Chasing it like a dog chases a tail.
To no avail.

You're still there.
I feel your presence.
You're laughing at me.
The world can see.

My frustration.
My furrowed brow.
But they don't know,
Why I fidget so.

Then I smile.
For I realize.
That you'll grow fat and lazy.
I will stop being crazy.

Until you explode and leave me in peace,
I'll have to come to terms,
That even though you're a miserable mass,
You're the least of the pains in my ass.
