Silence [Killer]

by BlueEyedMystery   Apr 23, 2009

The glow swirled around her,
and leaves fell from the tree.
Silence killed her slowly,
like a boat lost at sea.
Did anyone hear her screams,
as they sang with the wind?
Maybe she deserved this
for she had surely sinned.
Now the night is alone.
She left without a single sound.
Mute the darkness once again,
and keep these secrets bound.
Handcuffed lies hide in the bush,
don't try to find them, they're dead.
Darling, close your tired eyes;
erase the memories that you bled.
Pale gold swirled around her,
as the leaves fell from the tree.
Silence can be deadly,
when your heart is lost at sea.
