To A Certain Someone

by KeyxMashingxParody   Apr 30, 2009

It's hard when you lose a friend,
One you felt a connection with.
You feel lost without their words,
Trapped in a lonely abyss.

I understand I said a few things,
And now I truly feel regret.
I hope one day we may speak again,
For I have not given up on you yet.

Please, listen to my words,
Feel them jump off the page.
Holding you with friendly arms,
Nothing, since you, has been the same.

I miss my little Internet buddy,
The friend I looked forward to.
In the morning I would wake up,
Excited to know I get to talk to you.

I feel like a piece of myself,
Is missing from my heart.
The friendship, I felt we had,
I never wanted it to fall apart.

I miss talking to you every morning,
I even skipped one day into school.
I acted horribly towards you,
And I admit, I am a fool.

I should of never said what I did,
I just worry about your heart so sweet.
Please, listen to these words,
All I ask, is you accept my apology.

Please.

I was such an ass then, way back. I miss those days when we talking in the morning and kept one another company. You understood me so well and I felt like, for once, I understood somebody else.

Its months too many since we last spoke.

I made a mistake being the ass I was.

    Rest assured I learned.

I do hope your e-friend does understand, friendship expands more just meeting people face to face but also people you can talk with behind computer screens, very emotional piece and again i do hope your friend forgives 5/5

    Dearest Beth,

friendship is perhaps the most important part of humanity. We are born first into a family. Then we explore our neighbourhood and become part of a society, country and world wide community. Here we have a friendship, a companion who has shared experiences and has earned trust; somebody who can empathise and make a real difference, but now they have gone. What would I do?

Well, I would appeal to them with words such as these. I would remind them exactly what they mean to me. I would appologise and hop that they would understand me enough to allow the friendship to continue, because friendships are about ups and downs and understanding and supporting one another.

Beth, I hope your cyber friend understands you with this heartfelt write that obviously comes from your heart.

    Best of luck.

    Michael
