Waitin for news

The tears fall
as i hear your thoughts
my voice stumbles
to find the words
to say as i blink
the tears away.
its hard to talk
to push out a sound or vowel
I'm so shocked
i can barley think straight.
My pulse begins to racin
as i hear the hallow sound
of your voice dwindle.
My world turns cold
as if I'm of the undead
and watching all the memories
of the last kin.
i hear your words but just cant register them
as i sit hear in a frozen time.
you say you will tell me more
and you love me
i manage to force an okay and love you too
as i hang up and let it all out
as i wait for him to return
and tell me the news.
