Home is where the heart breathes

by Aliah   Oct 15, 2009

Roses are never too sweet

The color red fueled with lust not love

Warmth, not the comfort I seek

Companionship like two caged doves

Home is where the heart breathes

Where it runs wild, be charmed, is charmed, yet runs free

Gold, it does not please

For happiness by wealth does not buy me thee

Grief is prolonged sadness

A grail of tears and abundant pain

Spring would come regardless

of winter's sorrow, for summer's gain
