Gypsies

by Cherimari2   Nov 10, 2009

The gypsy, I think, is in all of us here
Where poets meet and it appears.

That something, that IT, a part of life
We treasure and measure in every day strife.

Or listen clearly to, at right or at wrong
Melting our hearts as spirits play along.

They dance, those gypsies to all we contrive
I swear you can see them and call them alive.

I have always thought of gypsies as carefree, not a worry in the world and I think you are right, there is a little gypsy in all of us. Well done.
