A Sister's Love

by Erica   Nov 18, 2009

We couldn't be more different,
Like cold and hot.
But still we're the same,
Don't say we're not.

It's funny how the climates,
Can come together.
A whole family,
Of different weathers.

You're the cool wind that blows,
When I need to calm down.
I'm the warmth that embraces you,
A love that surrounds.

So, you see, we belong together,
You and I.
And without you,
I don't know how I'd survive.

From sharing secrets as little girls,
To sharing laughs as adults.
We love eachother unconditionally,
Even with all our faults.

You took up the role,
I'll give you that.
So to speak,
You stepped up to bat.

I didn't make it easy,
I know I made it tough.
But I'll always look up to you,
I love you so much.

Though our relationship,
Has always been like a twsiter.
Whenever someone asks, I tell them,
I want to be just like my big sister
