Silent Words

I'm not very happy with how this poem has turned out, helpful advice would be great. :)
--------------

The ball is in my court
I wasn't aware this was a game
I wonder whats the score
Probably your winning
I'm the one in tears
I forfeit, I don't want to play
Enjoying your victory?

Its my turn
I hadn't realized you made your move
Was it when you broke me down?
Did the umpire call well played?
Are we done now?
Can I go?

Your a joke
What a lovely thing to say
I'm some sort of twisted punch line
Was the laughter worth my pain?
I bow to your greatness
Enough?

Apparently you know me
I'm an open book.
So tell me, whats my favorite movie?
Do you know? Do you care?
Two seconds to understand me
Yet do you remember my eyes?
Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to deviate
Continue the script from where?
You, You, You, yes that's about right.

You will hear me now
Or forget my voice.
Let the credits roll
The game over screen is flashing
I never wanted this
Its not a game to me.
Each time you come at me
I die some more inside.
There's no health points in reality
No potion to fix the damage.

If you want a sequel
Then listen to me,
Change the story, the characters, the plot.
Change the way you see me.
Then maybe its a trilogy
And I might have a guest star spot.

But don't expect that after all you've done
That I'll be a regular appearance
Elephants remember.
I remember when you called me one.

I'm here on bended knee
Just leave me be.
