The Siren's Roses

by Tripp   Nov 20, 2009

From a schism in the ground cry forth the ruby roses
their life? brevity! blooming then dying, before the rift closes

crystalline buds shatter; apocalyptic a capella!

singing the siren's final and fatal last symphony
single notes resound piercing daggers through your ears
audogasmic explosion abound, this is the fin-harmony
symbolically reflective of what you love and fear

broken petals pierce you, sunder skin like razor blades
the sensation is well welcomed, such that it never fades

you gain pleasure from penetration
it hurts so goddamn good!
you bear no refutation
although Reason says you should

in this land platinum enameled chains grip your wrists
these chains of yours, links smithed of thy own hands
end in iron manacles, standing risen 'round your fists
they are the strongest ever known, in all of every land

links smithed of your own hand, forged in the greatest fallacy
ever known to man, it cripples you wholeheartedly
