Inside the looking glass

As you lay beside me,
You lay to rest my soul.
The power you have over me is great,
All of my wonders... unfold.

As you kiss my lips,
My heart leaps into your hand,
Strong as the love i have for you,
Hurt me.. it crumbles to sand.

As you grab my hand,
You look into my eyes.
I know you see right through me,
I can tell no lies.

    second of all, this piece is flawless. I can also see the emotion you put into this, which is like you said a very important thing for the author to be able to do. and the rhyme is just like the cherry on top. great job! :]
