Have you ever seen someone smile?
the likes of it gleaming and bright
lasting only for mere seconds
but captivating everyone in sight

You can see a glimpse of the smile,
as the seconds descend away
slowly its disappearing
just as fast as it came to stray

in a minute the smile is gone
as it vanishes without any life
and i wonder if maybe the smile wasn't real
but just a mere little trick of light.
