Wow, this piece is so simple, so short, so full of depth. It took me a few reads to see everything, but I am glad I did because this is amazing. Heartrending but very good. The emotion is subtle so as not to disturb the story, which I thought was nice. The story itself is conveyed so effortlessly that it is perfect. Great descriptions to tell that story as well.
