Soft flow

by tainted melody   Jul 15, 2010

It breezes through the drapes at night,
as if to flow with steady flight.

You fight the urge to grab a hold,
but a breathless story it has told.

You feel it on your fingertips,
and it whispers songs across your lips.

It makes the clouds swim through the sky,
but chills the tears you softly cry.

It lifts the spirits of the weak,
and helps the sparrow reach it's peak.

You feel it on your fingertips,
and it whispers songs across your lips.
