Amends for the Past

I treated her
her inasmuch
a soul-less beast
to undermine it all

I treated this
this mark of man
with a nonchalance
betwixt

I treated these
these moments shared
as fallow things
left uncared

I treated life
life as sacred as
squandered shameless
looking to tomorrow

From this plight
repair anon
porter, the brand high.
Represent the man, the life
the love, and all, within thy.

The way you have written this is like a loop
poetry form where you carry over the word to the next line. I find this write very deep
with underlying meanings...another good read :)
