Goodbyes

by Jad   Aug 30, 2010

A regretful goodbye
As a part of your heart
Loses itself inside,
Having to at last depart.

Wanting to not change
Keeping the present forever,
But life will always rearrange
The ties bonded and severed.

Keeping memories treasured,
With the moments you've cried.
Wishing that you would never,
Have to witness a loved one pass by.

All of life holds
These hello and goodbyes,
And to a lucky few bestows
Hellos to once again abide.
