Sheet Cocoon

by Corpseful   Oct 27, 2010

I fell asleep in a sheet cocoon
On the floor in my room
Hoping it's walls would protect me from gloom
It's strength was a misconception
My thoughts were still able to fill with depression
I want to put myself into a treasure chest
And throw away the key
Hope for the best
As I fall to the bottom of the sea
I'll have time to think of those I left
And to count every breath
I know they will be my last
On the way to my cemetery it's a scary task
But I think I'm capable
I made my new room a tomb which is inescapable
