Goodbye

by GorqeousDisaster   Dec 1, 2010

All your words, they no longer make sense.

Just let me go, in my own defesnse.

I tried, i hope you believe.

That there is no cure, for this fatal disease.

It decayed my veins that twist and tie,

Hold your breath, "i hope to die"

Dont pull me back, although im addicted to

your touch. I promise i didnt hurt,

well the last part not much.

With this tourinqet around me,

it used to be you, but how would you feel?

if the reason was always you.

That your the one who caused this,

But im not trying to post blame,

No longer running from my demons,

Im standing face to face.

As they slowly rip me apart,

My heart they see,

With a thick inscription of your name forever to be.

Could you help me now? as i can barley breath,

Will you help me stand, baby im down on my knees.

With this broken smile, i can nolonger hide.

Forget what they have to say, i no longer have pride.

I didnt need a second chance, but a little time,

Could you see what i have planned?

Did you know this was what was on my mind?

Everyday was a war, between me and the mirror,

The ugly little monster, who feed off of my fear.

The thing that smiled when i did, hers faker than mine,

I didnt like the reflection, i saw what was inside.

I was painted like a masterpiece, now what you see

is what you get. Learing how to smile aqain,

because i tend to forget.

But as i lay my head down, my memories

come out, i guess i wasnt strong enough to totally block them

out. This kind of burden was to much for me to bear,

I promise i wont miss this time, I earned this fair and square.

Oh dont let me fall asleep to another one of your lies,

I hope you understand im sick and tired inside.

I dont care to hear, what you dont mean.

Tell me the truth, i promise i wont make a scene.

I'd understand as i do know, you never said a word but the

truth always comes out. A pocket full of tears,

that will never dry, baby let go, its time to say goodbye.
