Changing Me

by KemistryKia   Jan 7, 2011

I need to hide from the old me
you know concealing my identity
i rearranged my outlook on life
to fill out this appearance
seemed i come so far
so its not a stretch
that i want a new
someone with out doubt
driving with tinted windows
ill be able to see you
yet the feeling wont be mutual
because i will blind your visual
shielding my mental
from all that is discouraged
painting only happy endings
and flowers with no expiration
exploring worlds without second guessing
i am running from who i used to be
entering into a mature center
of blooming May's
and satisfying winters
locking away from fears
locking away from excuses
locking away from losers [ </3 ]
i am swallowing the key
inside my new identity
i am changing who i am destined to be
leaving who my past enveloped for me
i am living in a new slate
right after this last mistake
now more 4 left turns
circles will become perpendicular
which become parrell
i can't say it has been fun
because i endured all levels of hell
but i will say farewell
and smile at my hellos
and welcome my tomorrwos
because i am a new be
newborn ,
a grown baby
i am changing my identity
i am changing me...
