Addendum to Bulldozed Regrets

by Samantha   Jan 14, 2011

You knew that you were wrong
And reached out for me in fear,
Fear of losing what you had lost,
Of losing what was near.
But your hand touched only air;
You blinked, and all was wrong.
And in that sterling instant,
You knew that I was gone.
