There are so many lovely images of nature in this poem, you feel as if you are standing in the middle of all this beauty soaking it in. Since you already explained the actual meaning behind the poem, which is hidden; I will not really go into depth with my comment. I loved the idea though as it relates perfectly to your personal situation. I can really see the reflection of that in your poem. A beautiful write, you take us through so many lovely images, emotions, smells, thoughts, sounds.

Wonderful story told sensually. The contrast between the preoccupation with sustenance (Crow) against the need for nurturing (Robin) is well done. Perfect phrase: "silence trickles in."
I find your imagery captivating. Whatever the actual meaning behind this poem, as Courageous Dreamer references, it stands on its own. 5/5
