    Nitin
What a beautiful poem. So much emotion came into my heart as I read your words.

As she swims beneath her skin
Stirred up memories help her float
    Albeit shore of freedom visible
    Yet journey chokes her throat

How hard it is to live your life with just memories. Always reaching for something you can never obtain.

Little touch to her wheel of torture
    Spinning her faith for eternity
Tattoo of butterfly fades to black
As she wishes to be with me

This stanza really stabs the heart. So much sadness is felt thinking of losing faith so many times. Struggling just to find something to bring a little happiness to life.

Moments of glory running in flashback
When pendulum of fate strucks again
No arms around to protect this time
As she surrenders to whirl of pain

Things are much easier when you have someone to lean on. Sometimes a memory comes back to a time when life was happy. Then reality hits you and the pain takes over.

Running from same vision in dreams
While seeking to soothe her core
    Denying herself from realities
So to find alibi to breathe for

Each day becomes harder and sometimes you have to think of reasons to keep breathing.
This is such a heart wrencing piece. It brought on many tears. You did a excellent job!
    Love Cindy

Very nice write from you Nitin...I can picture the butterfly tattoo...and actually give it wings of flight! The concept of the wheel of life is interesting and the luck of the spin determining one's fate...beautiful in its entirety!
