Time to Go

by Rachel RTVW   Mar 31, 2011

Solitary confinement
No arms to comfort me
Bodies consuming space
Yet none a sympathetic heart

My life is a canvas
soul the picture to paint
Colors are hues of grey
Letting fate take control

And when it's time to go
who will miss my blank page
No will to paint again
Too blind to see the writing on the wall

Loneliness stretched is bondage born. It takes more than one for a share.

I really liked this poem. It was full of meaning and got the point across. Really enjoyed reading it. The wording was good and the flow was nice. See nothing worth fixing.

    gave it a 5/5
