Lost

I'm lost in this world
this world full of hate
this world full of misery
this world with no fate.

All I can see
infront of my eyes
is all the suffering
and all the lies
that have ruined
peoples lives.

This world is so cold
it has no heart
it has no feelings
like a black piece of art.

it wont let you dream
It wont let you be
it will hunt you down
like a wild beast.

All you can do
is cover your eyes
take tiny footsteps,
follow your heart
take a deep breath
and reach for the stars.

This thing called world
cannot put you down
unless you give up
and surrender your crown
