I would tell you

What love is

How you know its true

It isn't the mushy stuff

And it isn't the words

It is the action

That is what love is

It is the action

Of a smile you get

Just holding hands

And looking at them

It is the action

Of the feeling you get

Watching them look

Back at you

It is the action

Of hearing yourself

Being the first thought

They had today

It is the action

Of your dreams

Also becoming theirs

Your goals too

It is the action

that speaks for you

It says when your ready

You don't need to prove

It is the action

Most importantly

Giving to another

With no demands at all

That is what love is

    Nice poem the only thing that stuck me up was the Line you have in there 3 times the same. I think in all honesty to keep the first one and change the next two identical lines to something else would be better- but the message inside is dead on and it was a nice write. Enjoy your day :)

    Awwww I smile big and tears of joy this poem is lovely and amazing and wonderful :) :) I really appriciate it and it means,,,alot :) u I will cherish forever and a great true friend :) and giving me hope and to believe,,,I don't even remembering telling you of my trials of love or how I really felt but I don't know and it doesn't matter cuz ur a great friend who made my day and gave me long lasting happiness :) :) thank you so much it really means alot and a very genuine poem it was FaNtasTiC :) 100/100 and infinity and beyond :)
