To be with you

by Kate Hicks   Oct 31, 2011

I could spend a year inside your eyes,
just bathing in their youth.
I could stay there till the end of days,
be peaceful in their warming gaze.
Never want to leave the haze,
of serenity and calm.

I could walk around inside your mind,
a million years or more.
And never want to find the door
to set me free
for ever more.
