Colors Of The Void

by RainbowSlider   Nov 21, 2011

When the nothingness was brand new
It was all I could do to not think of you.
Form and substance was in my reality.
Then I would have moments of clarity
.
First there was the blackness of space.
How I would long to see your new face.
Deep purple came to me and self ego.
I became so lost in the endless vertigo.

The peace of lavender I saw all to well.
And the stories of violet were like hell.
My eyes came to red; Pink would fade.
The greyness shocked me but shade.

I was blinded by the whiteness of day.
And prayed for night to take it away.
Translucent your ghosts came to me.
Like a void in what was to come to be.

And I saw the colors of the void free.
Suspended in the time for all history.
Swimming in an ocean of firmer stuff.
Taking me through aeons of enough.
