It seems I've had an epiphany,
When I drink it all comes to light, you see,
The problem I face, is not a real part of me,
It's nothing more than a dangerous dream,
To myself I lie,
So tired of fighting through this plight,
A journey that never seems to end,
Definitely a dangerous trend,
The only thing that seems to sooth my soul,
A puff,
A sip,
then i'm on a roll,
When I drink it all seems clear to me,
Something that nobody else can see,
My problem is you,
The pain you've caused,
The trouble in my mind I seem to hoard,
You're the devil in disguise,
Not me,
The very definition of a mime, seeing it so very clearly,
You seem to be able to refine the evil within my heart,
A part of me from which I wish to part,
Why can't you just leave me be,
You took my innocence away from me.
