Fallen Eyes

by Maple Tree   Jan 9, 2012

When I shut these eyes of mine, creatively I become whatever my heart desires...

traveling often within clouds, sprinkling tree tops with dew kisses

branches laced with pearls, magenta prisms igniting the sun

captivating an onlooker walking by, drenched in sorrow...

In one split second, his heart goes from darkness to sunshine, just by a smile, that graced his fallen eyes...

Aww this is lovely. It reminded me of the poem about smiling is infectious so pass it on. You never know just who needs a smile to brighten up their day and they do not cost anything!

I love how free you can be with your mind and your words. In this poem you even describe how free you are in your heart as well. Such a peaceful thought that you can do anything you want and just be anywhere you want to be if you close your eyes.

    Amazing poem x
