Shine On

by Melissa   Jan 23, 2012

Dear,

My words are stars that cannot conceive constellations.
I press them against the ink-stained sky, but they are disappointed in their existance. So they drop, one by one, never making a sound.

I'm sorry.

PS: I am not speechless. Just feckless at pinning you to the night. I am dazzled. Dazzled by a spark I cannot illuminate. You are too bright!

Shine on, my big star!
