Loved how you used "secret in the wind" as the clincher/climax and title. that was a spark of brilliance. you even foreshadowed it at the end of the first paragraph.

a lovely way to describe being nostalgic. i don't know if you meant to, but i really liked how you this thought you are writing down or thinking is just being thought away, carried by the wind. then (not so metaphorically) letting the literal wind carry your words in a similar fashion.

    5/5 and favorited

So nice to read from you after such a long time but i really hope & pray for you to accept the present while cherishing past.

Its a great dedication and your each poem just proves how much your friend meant to you.

    Really loved your poem.

all the best and take care

Very touching write. It's hard to forget someone, to come in terms with the gap they leave behind in the heart.

    /we use to talk about.
There it is again, the same
    old "use to". I wonder
if you still do the things
    you "use to".

I really loved the way you have written these, as if you are in a conversation with yourself.

A secret when thrown to the wind will not be a secret anymore, rather it will scatter to each nook and corner and leaves its memories to be buried..I can feel the anguish behind the lines..take care.

A stunning piece, you're a terrific writer. I could picture a person reminiscing on a park bench, their eyes glazed as they watch leaves flutter by... conjured up a lot of beautiful images. 5/5

Having recently lost many people I care about...I totally related to and loved this one. It was very beautiful and the feelings so perfectly expressed. If only the wind carried our letters to them. Beautiful.
