Sunsets and Rainbows Collide

by Maple Tree   Feb 20, 2012

Opaque crystals adorn a falling rainbow
spiraling, as gravity Ignores a sunshine's plea.

Clouds hover low, embracing a multitude of shades
lemonade passion, magenta forever, and burgundy blue.

Shadows and silhouettes applaud within such beauty
whispering their approval In a secretive meeting with the moon.

Sunsets flirt endlessly within elegant dewdrops
creating a sonnet of rhapsody and colorful expressions.
