Back Again

by Celtic Warrior   Mar 10, 2012

Years ago I thought, as I sat in front of a screen,
Of a place to go to, to make friends and poetry.
Somewhere where there is peace so serene,
Thats when I found my sanctem, so warm and cozy.

This place become my shelter, my drug addiction too.
I'd post, chat, and sometimes fight,
Like most young teens would normally do.
I'm a grown man now, whose mind has greatly grew.

I know that I used to be mean, immature, and sick,
I admit that I was wrong back then, I wish I could take it all back,
But I can not change the past, instead I tighten my fist,
And continue to walk the road of life, starting anew, away from all of that.

So with these final words I say, with maturity to all,
Don't let pride and anger, become your downfall.
