When i stopped waiting

by Tilly Toe Tottes xx   Mar 19, 2012

I sit and I wait
I Stand I wait
the cruel cold of the night lunges down on the bareness of my arms , Yet I still wait
I once again check my watch once again for the time but I can no longer see the pins, I been hear since it was light
but no show from you, so I wait
I big in to shiver the sadness in my heart grows every second as the small piece crumble with every heart ache
But still I wait
The clock on the once beautiful church struck 8:00
id been hear since 6:00
So I wait
The shadow of the eerie cracked church loomed over me
like a large man over a desk
then I stopped waiting and I stood up
I wipe the bitter salty tears from my eyes with one angry stroke of my wrist
Thinking angrily to myself " I should have stopped waiting alone time ago"
then just when I have given up
I find not just one rose
but a hole bunch of roses sitting on my door step with a note " i love you...."
