I was really sucked in from the start. I think while reading I felt my heart being soaked, heavy.. and I don't know, I really felt the melancholy going through!

I admit this piece is one of the reason I love poetry. Your poem is meaningful because many suffer from the addiction of alcohol and your words draw the reader in. I agree alcohol when consume more than recommended is like sting from poison snake.

This poem is stunning. I cannot think of anything you should change as this piece is perfect how it is. It's raw and edgy.

Champagne soothes us for a single moment. When we open our eyes again , pain is there punching us. Some things can't be forgotten. They have to sleep with us till we are able to divorce them forever. Powerful piece sista.

I can see sometimes the need or want for doing drinking to take the pain away at times but in the end we don't want it to take over our lives. A heartbreaking peace. I loved it
