I'm sitting here writing away, when I should be over there finding a way
I don't know what's gotten into me, but I know it's no good for me
So I just sit here silent as I watch over there go violent
Now I know what's gotten into me and lord knows it's no good for me
I need to stop this silliness before my brain goes illness
Lord help me, save me, find my way back home
