'You are my fate'

^^either fate as in destiny/life or fate as in death meaning this person has brought you great pain.

'and you played at your best,'

^^this person played you, betrayed you, deceived you in some way to cause you pain or at least resulted in pain (the intention may not have been there)

'the day you left me,'

^^obviously this person ended things and not well, perhaps without explanation which is usually worse still

'i realized the expiry date for your love,'

^^there's not meant to be an expiry on love.. So this could infer it was unexpected or not true

'now just living with your memories..'

^^you still have feelings for this person, and you keep replaying the good times shared though it doesn't bring that person back.

Overall, well penned. Its unlike poems of this content to be so short, but it definitely doesn't hinder the emotion in any way.
