Damn Plagiarist.

by Steven Beesley   Jun 18, 2012

The shear arrogance of
copy and paste shall
not be denied.

For this girl has such
nerve and raw
unblemished
audacity to steal.

What is not hers,
but still she squanders
to use as hers.

She has no qualms
about plunder and raping
the words from others.

She is but a fool, knowing
naught of shameless
insolence; nor care of
intellectual property.

So this albatross she
shall comfortably wear
marked as a plagiarist
for all time.

She shall go down eternally
as a parasite living from
others' written poetry.

    "raping the words" funny

  • Excellent!! and VERY well said!

It is just shameful for others to steal another writer's work and use it as their own! Writer's deserve ackowledgement for their work no exceptions!

Loved the anger of this piece - and the pace was fitting for the poem too.

    5/5
