Fanatics.

by Steven Beesley   Jul 3, 2012

The world it seems is full
of self anointed, self righteous,
and self confident false prophets
filled with such fanatical virtues
to life, love, religion and politics.

Such sharks that swim around and
devour those of us who are unsuspecting and
give them so much as a glance or a grain of our time.

Beware for they have no scruples.
The obvious lack of any morality and ethics
is such an obvious trait of these necromancers who
pray on the unsuspecting.

Deviant and defiant are these modern witch doctors.

*I believe that is sooo true! It seems everywhere I turn someone else is telling me how I should be living my life according to some new found information O_O Very profound writing indeed. Thanks for sharing. - Nik*

    Ahh, yes!

That type play with our minds, and can make us fall for it. Is it call fanatics? I saw the title and I thought about football hehe, fanatics of football.. I associated that word with that idk. Any who, I thought that with this poem, you where referring to the scams some people do. They take advantage of people's beliefs and played with them to get money in return.
