Our Fate Awaits (Diminished Hexaverse).

by Steven Beesley   Jul 12, 2012

The days stretch so long,
sky hot and burning.
Unbearable heat
shall dry up this earth,
split the ground apart.

We have lost sight,
not in control
of destiny
or of our world.

Wait to die,
fate awaits
to take us.

Look back,
too late!

Gone!

Another interesting form! I have to try this form. As for this write itself...it speaks without having to say much. With the syllabus restriction and number of lines you have got the message across to your readers. This world is really heading towards its end...excellent!
