Crumbled Surface

You drive my mind insane
that I'm scraching these walls of pain,
searching through darkness
trying to find light
because your a puzzle to me
and your always thinking.
I feel cut off and shut out
I'm always trying to figure you out
and i feel so much doubt
and your scared to shout
but I'm scared also,
both being shy but then again
you can be so demanding
so I feel like your trying to control me
but i won't let you through
and I also just want you to be you
and just stop pretending
unless I can't see stright
because I've held on to the past
but it's time to let go,
Your just driving me out of this world
wondering what this is all about.

    An interesting write, I don't read much dark poetry i'm more the opposite. But I could feel the emotion in this poem and i can relate to;

    'I feel cut off and shut out
    I'm always trying to figure you out'

    and

    'I also just want you to be you
    and just stop pretending'

    these stanza's are my favorite in this poem, sometimes its difficult trying to figure someone out and you don't know what has mad them upset, thus you try cheering them up :]......the second one i don't like people acting fake or lying to you instead you just want them to be forward and be honest.

    I just want to say finally there is a typo, Straight not 'stright'
