Persistance

by Sean   Jul 19, 2012

Persist dear lover; drag the blood through the mud,
punch and kick; scream - he'll forever lay in his dream,
Persist dear; persist and let him drip, let him slip;
all over the carpets, all over, all over..

'cos this song is dry, you'll fly high -
till he drags that string tied to your finger;
straight down to the bloody ground, through the mud -
punch and scream while he stays within his dream;
just waiting for that thud.
That sweet thud.

Persist dear lover; insist for better,
he stands in his pot of mud, under-watered and withered -
roots can't grow, not in a clotted flow;
they got no where to go - only to what they know,
watch dear lover, the roots climb and climb,
up through your thighs climbing high, so high;
sweet touch meets your sweet neck,
snaps it.
Snaps it.
Snaps it.

Persist dear lover, he'll stand from his pot -
plunge straight to stomach;
rooted in your life,
your sweet strangled life.
