She left me..

by Ravi Thakkar   Aug 20, 2012

Walking hand in hand,we alone
by beach sand,
feeling the cold breezing
through cheek,both shivering,
hearing birds,
felt the serenity of sea between toes and fingers,
saw her running away from me,
dwindled,
she left me

Back home
perching on couch,thinking
stirring cappuccino,favourite of her,
worn robe,watery hairs
she came to me,sipping cappuccino
sat on my lap,her smell
made my eyes shut,
when I saw,
she left me

Signs of anxiety,murmuring,
eureka and anger of her,
was smiling at those,
the love in her dining, the shyness
when she talks,I admired,
came to me
the lovely hands as if
feeding me,didn't swallow,
she left me

Honking and buzzing all around,
atrocious,
waiting for green,
suddenly emerged a pious face
tucking wisp of hair behind ear,
a verge to go near
not felt anywhere,
but traffic launched,green seemed red,
she left me

Boozing in pub,
shoving glasses,she is
nowhere now
'get more'
noone to soothe me,since years
waiting for her,
still hoping,still wishing
every now and then
in my world,in my desires,
in my arms
she's coming,can't touch,
can't cuddle her,
she left me
